Tom is Baltazar Firebolts old classmate at the Chromatic College when they both learned magic. Baltazar was introduced to halfling-leaf by Tom and has smoked it ever since, unfortunatly Tom has never graduated and barely know any magic, non the less he still tries and still atend the college, even though he often miss classes.
