A ruined eladrin city on the Feywild that was inhabited by mutated drow until recently, when they were annihilated by the forces of the First Lord Thrumbolg. Its former ruler, Arcane Lord N'ehlia, have plans to rebuild it. It's located near the fomorian realm of Mag Tureah and appears every certain time on the mortal world, in the Nentir Vale.
