Patty's elixir on the other hand was becoming less effective and Alacon fears what will happen when they can not produce it anymore. Alacon didn't know of the Hotel Lamont history or previous involvement with the Demon Court. On what could posses he stated that ghosts were a solid choice but with New Eden being a magnet for super naturals it could be any number of things.
