Bevlinar is a seafaring nation home to Tabaxi and Halflings it's operated by various guilds and companies and often sends ships vast distances for trade. Regarded as largely a free nation the citizens all are members of at least one of the many Guilds of Bevlinar and it's often regarded that your either a member of a Guild, or your not even a citizen of Bevlinar.
