The Sacred Flame is said to be the mysterious world soul of Tor'Dath, and raw energies of the leyline's ghostly flame like appearance are the reasoning for the name. Worship of the Sacred Flame is usually portrayed as a monotheistic religion and many of the sacred flames temples are near known leylines.
The city of Vass which sits upon a crossing of two leylines is home to The Temple of Eternal Fire which is the central location of worship.
