The library was founded and built by the first King of the City, Wilhelm von Arh. It was burnt down in during a fire, and again during an earthquake that threw candles to the ground.
The Wilhelm Library is a library in the city of Arburg. It is partly attached to the Temple of Life.
The library contains the most books and scrolls of the whole Kingdom, and has many partnerships with other states for exchange of scholars to learn and travel.
