Drak'torin was the founder of Drak'torin and Spawn, Law Offices of the Vengeful, his office located within the eastern ward of Qir'ellan'alak where he drafted contracts and finalized pacts with prospective souls. Drak'torin sought to make deals and acquire souls to ascend through the ranks of the Tower and become a more formidable Fiend.
Drak'torin was a Fiend of the 5th Circle of the Tower, the Iron City of Dis. His office in Qir'ellan'alak was connected to an identical office in Dis, mirroring one another and allowing him a focal point to plane shift between the two planes.
