Gordon

Gordon was born on the planet Lemirek, a planet that prioritised art over anything else, but Gordon's skills didn't lie with art, but he had a natural gift with mechanical engineering. His technology was revolutionary for his planet, with it being very similar technologically to 21st century Earth. When he realised that his planet had nothing to offer him for his genius, he knew he had to leave to find a place that really appreciated him. So, entirely by himself, he created an auto-piloted, single passenger spacecraft, equipped with a cryostasis pod. He flew to the closest planet with life signs, Earth, and when he arrived, he realised the lifeforms looked nothing like him. Repurposing the tech in his spacecraft to create something called a Chameleon Chip, allowing him to take on the appearance of humans.

Once he got to Earth, he settled in New Town, setting up a small startup, using the tech from his ship. But when he realised that the technology needed to advance further didn't exist on Earth yet, he turned to the Black Market. There he found scraps tech that was taken from the aliens in the the Battle of Cinsa City, so he was able to get them wholesale and make more powerful tech from it. Creating a powerful harness, able to redirect energy to damage others. He started creating weapons, finding them easy to find buyers for, and as the allure grew, he started paying people to protect him. Then he started paying people to sell the weapons for him instead, creating the underground alien weapons trade, and thus the Supernova Cartel was born.
