The Battle of Cinsa was a ten day siege in the Virginia city, Cinsa City, a relatively small city of primarily government employees. This wasn't a normal siege, but rather an alien invasion from a terrorist organisation ousted from their home planet of Sirhasta. This group of Deafad brought with them not just highly advanced technology from their planet, but also suffused the planet with magical energy that hadn't been seen ever (though its speculated that magic was more prevalent prior to the Industrial Revolution).
For the first day of the siege, the only hero defending the city was Grey Butterfly, being the designated protector of Cinsa City. But, eventually, he was unable to do it alone, leaving the city without a protector for a day. In that day, countless homes were lost, hundreds died, and thousands more evacuated the city as best they could.
When Grey Butterfly returned, he brought with him his closest allies, The Centurions. Quick and the Machine focused on evacuating every civilian that they could, with Quick using her speed to rush people out while the Machine used their strength and sheer size to disrupt barricades. Beat, Cobra, and Grey Butterfly brought the fights to The Portals directly, fighting their foot soldiers in the streets, trying to prevent their movement around the city. All the while, Spark and Program made attempts to dismantle their plans as they were actively happening, using their expertise in arcane rituals and highly advanced technology respectively.
Eventually, this all culminated in the ship that was hovering in Low Earth Orbit to come down into the atmosphere where, together, the Centurions took down the Portals for good. Though crashing the ship and seeding the surrounding Washington Metropolitan Area with strange and powerful arcane and technological artefacts, and while many were collected by the R.E.P.O.R.T, it's believed that some have been collected and sold in the black market.
