Abilities and Background: Jim Lee's deadly accuracy as a sniper earned him a reputation during his time with US Special Forces. His skills, however, weren't adequately compensated, leading him to become a sniper for the criminal underworld. His lethal abilities soon caught the attention of Batman, who took him off the streets and out of the mob's clutches.

After being removed from the criminal life, Jim tried to start anew. However, the allure of his skills and the promise of wealth brought him back to his old ways. Armed with a custom sniper rifle and a silenced pistol, Jim is a force to be reckoned with from a distance. His ghillie suit and military-grade optics further enhance his stealth and perception.

Jim's keen perception, honed by his time as a sniper, makes him a master of reading his surroundings and anticipating danger. His quick draw talent allows him to react swiftly in combat situations, whether it's to draw his weapon or take a shot at his target.

Though his expertise makes him a dangerous adversary, Jim's decision to return to his criminal past has put him back on Batman's radar. The Dark Knight will likely be watching closely, ready to intervene and prevent further harm from being inflicted on Gotham City.
