Talents:
- Fearful Aura: As a maneuver, the Scarecrow can unleash an aura of fear within short range, causing all engaged characters to make a Hard (3 Difficulty) Discipline check. Failure results in the character gaining the Frightened condition until the end of their next turn.
- Hallucinogenic Gas: Once per encounter, the Scarecrow can release a cloud of hallucinogenic gas in engaged range. All characters within engaged range must make a Hard (3 Difficulty) Resilience check or suffer 3 strain and gain the Disoriented and Hindered conditions for a number of rounds equal to the Scarecrow's ranks in Discipline.

Special Rules:

- Frightened Condition: Characters suffering from the Frightened condition add a Setback die to all skill checks as long as the source of their fear is present.
- Disoriented Condition: Characters suffering from the Disoriented condition upgrade the difficulty of all skill checks once.
- Hindered Condition: Characters suffering from the Hindered condition have their movement speed reduced by 1 and add a Setback die to all Athletics and Coordination checks.
