The Forge of Spells was a magical forge in Wave Echo Cave. It had the capability of permanently enchanting items, including weapons and armor.
The wizards that oversaw the works of the forge summoned a Spectator to guard it and its creations. This spectator was eventually defeated by The Party.
When the party discovered the Forge, it appeared to be nonfunctioning, as it's magic had faded significantly.
