Unfortunately, the last booklet of parchment and notes was consumed by the swamp while crossing to hunt for some more than mischievous goblins. It was a sad day, but luckily I can just update and input the information as we go along! This parchment is going to be in much better condition, staying in our newer-ly acquired bag of holding! I am the bearer of this amazing pouch I have only gleaned in stories in the temple library.
What I do remember from the last entry, upon viewing Vraath Keep - is it had met a big battle with twist-tusk giants and there was a cleaned out giant's skeleton, obviously old, with a appropriately huge club laying down next to it. To put it into perspective on size of the skeleton - My 2'10" self could hide in the rib cage comfortably, if needed.

Snuck and trapped up path, took out 2 goblins and 1 dire wolf, 1 dire wolf returned to warn the keep
I snuck in disguised as a generic goblin and sounded an alarm in goblin that there were enemies everywhere, to try to cause chaos and confusion, not sure if it worked

The Red Hand horde is gathering at Cinder Hill, preparing to march on Noanar's Hold. The horde includes several thousand goblinoid warriors, under the command of fanatical priests of Tiamat.
Four commanders (or Wyrmlords) lead the Red Hand; Koth, a goblin ranger named Saarvith, a hobgoblin bard named Ulwai Stormcaller, and a hobgoblin Talon of Tiamat named Hravek Kharn. Koth knows that Saarvith has been sent to the ruined city of Rhest on a special mission, and that Wyrmlord Kharn commands the horde itself, but he isn't sure where Ulwai is or what she's up to. The High Wyrmlord who rules over them all is a fearsome draconic humanoid named Azarr Kul, a powerful cleric of Tiamat. Azarr Kul dwells in a massive temple in the heart of the mountains, but Koth does not know its exact location.
The Red Hand horde contains dozens of hobgoblin, goblin, bugbear, and ogre tribes from the Wyrmsmoke Mountains.
Several dragons serve Azarr Kul as advisors and subcommanders. Koth himself has had contact with only one of them--a deceitful green dragon named Ozyrrandion.
Skull Gorge Bridge is a key site in the horde's descent from the mountains. Destroying the bridge would delay the Red Hand's march by several days.
"Koth's notes indicate that he has identified the bridge as a weak point in their plan, and he is concerned that if the bridge were to be destroyed then it would cause a delay in their plans."
Noanar's Hold is where the initial assault will fall on Elsir Vale. Koth intended to lead the attack personally. In his absence, he suspects Ozyrrandion or some other chieftain or champion will lead this attack. Simply taking Koth out of the picture won't save Noanar's Hold.
