Always something of a loner, the Battlehunter (leader) of the Tiri Kitor hunters relishes his off-duty time and spends it simply soaring above the swamp on the back of his trusted owl. He is rarely home as a result, often only to rest. Killiar makes an excellent guide and NPC ally for PCs traveling anywhere within the Evenmoors, assuming they can impress him with their sincerity, determination, and prowess.
