The people of Settlestone are angry and afraid. They will rebel, but the last time they did, they were betrayed by Halbek Stoneheart. Before they rebel you need to take out two of the three great houses that oppress them:
- House Arcanum - Unknown's is not a house people go near. Horribly powerful magics.
- House Gonian - The half-giant mayor, Victor Gonian runs Settlestone with an iron fist
- House Tenderforge - Collaborators and traitors to the core. The Tenderforge clan is a nest of vipers.
Eliminate two of the three to incite a rebellion.
