The Seated Ring is the richest district within the city of Miutia, it is the innermost district of the city, protected by three layers of walls. The strongest of all the walls being the innermost wall protects this district, as well as the highest amount of King's Guard with the finest weapons and armour. This district is filled with only the richest of the rich within this city, this is the home of the nobility and the aristocracy. This district is practically self sustaining, having shops, taverns, and homes of its own without often having to leave the sanctuary of this district.
This district is named for being the seat of power for not just the city, but also the entire Small Wheat region. It's in this district where the Regent's Estate resides, the home for the Regent and his family to live and govern over the region. It's also here that the Magister's Tower is, where the the Magister rules over the day to day happenings within the city.
