The Blue Lash is a restaurant within the walls of Miutia, it's a rather nice restaurant, not the place the nobility or aristocracy would go for any events, but if a middle class citizen were to have something to celebrate with their family, they might go there. It's a rather nondescript building, nothing to garish about it, if you weren't told to look out for it, it may just fade into the background of the city. Planted outside the windows of the building in simple planter boxes are irises, and painted on one of the pillars holding up the overhanging second level of the building is an elegant blue vine pattern which is probably where the name comes from.
But, for those who know, this restaurant is anything but innocuous as it's the headquarters for the Eye within the city. Anyone who has any business with the Eye and any high ranking folk has to pass through the Blue Lash and speak the special phrase, "I would like to see the house special".
