Captain Finnar Varis is the captain of the Sanguine Sailor, and an Open Sea Paladin who has dedicated himself to the ocean and sailing. He is a tall and somewhat skinny half-orc man who has been sailing the seas for a while but has only become captain very recently. His skin is a lime green shade with a smattering of darker green freckles, and his hair is long and shaggy with a bit of salt and peppering. He wears somewhat showy clothing with chain mail armour underneath it, and at his hips are two sheathed spatha in case of battle occurring.
