Vinado

The history of the Kingdom of Vinado is long and arduous, dating back almost a millennia, though under different names throughout the times. The continent itself was once ruled by upwards of a dozen to two dozen different monarchies, but as time moves forward, and royals marry into each other's families, countries tend to merge and separate.

For the longest time, the human kingdoms would rapidly change, while the longer lived races on the continent looked at them with disdain. All that changed about two centuries ago, when a member of the House of Vina crafted a violent weapon, but one that became a symbol of human unification. Thus started the Kingdom of Vinado, though not the size it is now. It took years of war, treaties, and colonisation in order for the continent to be only Vinadan territory from coast to coast, though some areas rebuff any aid from the monarchy.

Vinado is split into its five different regions, the Small Wheat region, the Purple Hills, the Umbra Corridor, the Wooden Archipelago, and the Cog Plains region. Each of the five different regions have distinct cultures, but they're all unified by their belief that their nation is best. This culture has stemmed from centuries of exploration and the colonization of different islands and even continents. It's believed that almost all humans across the world can trace their lineage back to Vinado within 10 or less generations.

Vinado prides itself on being the best at everything, the motto for the nation is an old Celestial mantra that basically translates to "a jack of all trades is a master of none, though oft better than a master of one". They may not be the best at everything as they claim, but should you require many different things, Vinado, and the Vinadans, would be able to provide for you.
