Miutia is the Halfling and farming capital of Vinado, about 50% of the produce and animal products are produced in the city. It was ruled by a kind, halfling Lord named Landon Tamihas, he was known for making everyone around him feel better. That was until he mysteriously died and the Magister of the city has taken up the place as the interim Regent until he is approved.
The main population of Miutia are the smaller folk, mainly polders and other shorter humanoids.
The city of Miutia is divided up into three main districts, each separated from the other by a large wall. The three districts are the Copper Ring, the outermost district for the farms and poor folk. The Traveler’s Ring, the middle district which is full of shops and basic housing, anyone passing through the city is likely to head to this ring. And finally the the Seated Ring, which is the innermost district and the place for the nobility and aristocracy, anyone who has money will find their way to this district.
