Jou'ganos

The Wave was a normal Elf, he was a High Elf man a regular sailor with no special strengths or magics. After his deification his appearance changed, he wears the same sailor's outfit as he did before. He carries a belaying pin and a necklace with a lapis lazuli emblem, symbols of his life before. But his physical body changed, he became a different elf, a Sea Elf, an elf used to being underwater. The symbol he wears around his neck is the same symbol used to call his divinity, there aren't that many requirements for what the symbol has to be. The two exceptions are that it looks almost exactly like the one the Wave wears, and it must be made of a blue material.
