The Wax's Basin is a chandler's shop in Hestahr, the place where the entire town purchases their candles. Many of the candles sold are basic ones for light, but they also sell incense based candles for scents. The Wax's Basin is owned and run by Quinn Opala, an elven woman who spent centuries learning the craft.
