You never need to roll to acquire mundane crafting supplies, as you always know where and how to find them. Unless the item is exceedingly rare (or being blocked from access by a rival), you get what you need with little complication — this does not make materials cost less, or arrive any faster should they need to be transported to you. If someone or something is preventing you from acquiring materials, make a Clash of Wills.
