Khas little frogs absolutely shreds the froghemoth to death, freeing Ivy and a very wounded duaragar.
Creatures destroyed and Ivy works on saving the duargar.
SHe heals the duargar fairly well. THis is one of the clerics.
Smig tries to see if he can save Gloop. I slap his hand and hiss.
SMig manages to save Gloop. the rest are dead. Khashana is in shock.
Khashana kisses gloop on the head and puts him on her head. then she grabs smig and makes him bury the frogs with her and safira. teamworks gets it done and khashana looks at ivy to say a few words to put the frogs at rest. Much better.
dorbin gives out odd potions. Khas heals everyone.
we offer to bring the duaragar home.
We make it back to the duargar camp. Duargar vouches for us for saving them and killing the froghemoth.
The chieftain draws us a guide on how to escape the cave/underdark,
secret tunnel!!
The duaragar feed us and as dorbin prepares to cast a sanctum, khas rememberes that we already has one and we return to it.
It has comfy vines.
Khashana works on bonding Gloop and Safira. Puts gloop on safira’s head, then on her head and successfully bonds the three of them. (no more pets says Phil. BUT but! Dragon!!)
SMig takes a nap.
Dorbin takes an anbient and makes a homunculus
Ivy and Jeth bond and learn about worshipping kelemvor.
we long rest and wake up onwards to follow the path laid out in our map from the duargar.
we get to the fire giant area and see a large black citadel as we pass by.
hot and claustophobic tunnel way underneath the lava stream.
After some time, we do emerge and start to feel more air flow.
Valon pulls us aside and tells us a warning about his sister. We should be prepared to fight once we exit the cave.
Khas puts gloop on safira’s head and send them to the back of the line.
Nin is not familiar with this part of the save system but once we get outside, she is sure she will be able to brings us back to silverymoon or mithril hall.
Valon tells Ivy that if he falls for some reason, he has friends in silverymoon that we should tell.
Ivy offeres reincarnation. Valon is a little worried after his last encounter but is glad to hear this news and the possibilty of saving a friend later.
Valon says that his sister has always been a skilled magic user and is probbaly much stronger now and to expect it to be tough.
the invitation to join the court is worrysome. She does like to toy with people so who knows what to expect.
Jeth considers removing the element of surprise from this situation and casts arcane eye to see what may be waiting for us.
The cave tunnel exits into bright light and gnarly twisted trees. The eye sees an elven woman with dark hair and black armor. A hooded figure also waits )possibly human, white hair) and next to a black stead. Several of the black skeletons with them. Camp table set up Seems like everything here has been there for a while. 50 ft from the exit.
Jeth tries to see what is behind the camp and it would seem to be just a large cliffside with a small winding path. Jeth relays the news ( At least they have wine"- Jeth Dorbin" we’ve always had wine!)
Khasahana is kinda excited to meet these people because she really wants to go to the mire of dead men and see the dragon!
Jeth is worried about Valon and Ivy and him sense that Valon is worried about the confortation and the family reuion about the happen.
Jeth says that there are a lot of options here/ “HOw would Valon the brother want to handle this”
Valon is unsure. Wants to still consider her family but they may not be possible anymore.

Ivy starts casting prayer of healing. hangs back. safira and gloop too.
Khashana asks Valon if he really thinks this will be dangerous and that we will not just go on a nice little adventure to the dragon. Rockshana.

The camp is super chill and laid back. We all want to start by talking first.
Dorbin goes invis and the rest readies to talk.
Ilsana is calmly chatting with the hooded figure who was the flaming stead rider from gnomergarde. (drinking wine)

Our meddling is annoying. we are offered to join the court of bones.

IVY states that she will not be joining this conversation and their beliefs will not match.
Illsana goes up to Valon and says, “if you don’t join me now, we will always be enemies” “I know where your weaknesses lie and I will not hesitate to bend you to my willl and destroy your friends”
“aren’t you missing one of you? -Jeth. “no, we are al here and nearly complete. What do you know of our number”
Hooded man is tired of this and asks to just get on with it.
Smig starts eating cheese and gusts illsana’s wine glass onto hooded man and flips the table up.
Invisible hand catches the table and put it down very easily. they argue about chairs and illsana asks if SMig wants a chair. SMig attacks the cleric.
Ivy has history with the cleric from amazi.
SMig immolates the hooded figure who just laughs. SUdenly IVY turns to that ularan the hooded figure asap. Filled with righteous rage!
Ivy screams “kelemvor take you”

Valon gives smig and ivy heroism. Valon does tell SMIG that he was a little implusive however he himself has also been known to be impulsive.
Ilsana says that she really wish we would have chosen another path. she casts chain lightning at Valon specifically but it arches at a good portion of everyone else.
Ularan casts a super scary spell at smig and jeth manages to counterspell it.
Ularan smirks and tells ilsana that he will leave her to mop this up, jumps onto his flaming stead and vanishes.
ROckshana tries to pop out at illsana and she expertly dogdes and grabs rockshana to cast chill touch. Rockshana cant’ regain health until illsana’s next turn. (broken heart symbol)
Illsana- so many legendary actions.
Rockshana’s attack to illsasna hits but does no damage…..
Valon is encased in an invisible cage. no spells and penetrate it while active.
Ilsanna flies up and casts a huge fireball. Jeth counterspells it and she counterspells the counterspell. 44 damage to all.
Ilsana ‘kills’ nin and tells valon that he didn’t believe her when she said she would harm what they care about the most.
Ebondeath apppears!!!
Illsanan time stops. grabs nin who is unconcious, flies to ebondeath and says "If I can’t bring you to the court of bones willingly.. " (something about taking one of us or bringing us there)
Khashana asks if old knawbone is still alive in there.
Ebondeath laughes and foul smell. "depends on what you mean by ‘alive’.
Khashana tries everything to keep the dragon here. fails…
As Ivy prays to kelemvor, the couple slashes that IVY had burn and she hears a cold deep voice in her head say “where’s your god now”
Smig dimension doors onto the dragon again with Jeth as a ride along
Jeth telekensis nin the moment they land.
Still holding hands, smig jumps off the dragon, bringing jeth with him and jeth bringing telekenesis nin with them.
ilsanan casts fireball at smig and jeth. it hits, big explosion.
everyone is falling to their death on the ground. nin is deadish again.
Jeth, while falling, casts a spell to land them all nicely on the edge of a cliff.
things that the party knows:
-Valon walks over to Jeth and Smig and thanks them profusely for saving Nin. “should probably go to Silverymoon now. Kaisa will be there. They were planning some sort of resistance earlier”
ASks Ivy if she is okay, kinda looks pale.
Ivy’s cuts don’t show any signs of healing.
Ivy tries to cast greater restoration on herself. SHe hears that voice again laughing asking again where is her god. Ivy is feeling disheartened by the lack of evident presence of kelemvor. “:you’re walking the wrong path. Join my court”
Going to silverymoon next session. Khashana doesn’t like cities but wants to find information on saving possessed dragons.
