The Earth League is a global communistic federation of the whole human species (that originating from Earth and, debatably, excluding any possible (yet unlikely) remnants of the Red Hive). Its spread has meant that the Earth League encompasses more than just Earth and Luna, but includes in its domain all of the inner solar system, with various restrictions on interaction with the indigenous life on Venus and Mars.
