Keeper of death, who keeps those who have passed on safe until they are ready to rejoin the world once again. Occasionally known by other names, but often appears as a strong and often handsome male of different races to light the way to their next step. Not quite a god, but definitely a being of power. Doesn't specifically have a clergy of their own, but one often finds amongst those laid to rest in any form or fashion a small offering to him. Effigies of lights, lanterns, paths and tiny fish.
Symbol of the fish with the dangled light, but also symbol of a guide holding a light out to show the way.
Universal for all species/peoples of the ocean AND the land. The land has a different aspect, but the same idea of a being who is there to guide you to the next step. What that next step is is highly species/race specific. Very nature centric/circle of life. Detests undeath.
