A community/village that exists solely within the currents. Led by a crew that keeps the assembled homed/vehicles moving in the current and together.
The community must maintain a fairly consistent speed to stay within the current. It can slow to about 30/mpd, generally settles around 60 mpd and can hit up to 100+/mpd with special preparations or assistance.
The communities often employ a type of camouflage, either as a tangle of seaweed, driftwood, or by mimicking the shape of a herd of whales.
