Retired from the famous group The Blood Oath , Aban is a well respected member of the Shoal Collective and often appears at these types of gatherings to oversee the future of the Shoal Collective. Not the oldest of the upper members, but considered very wise. Oversaw the work at the Ohi Humaha Concordant inducting new pods and elevating others when the PC's visited it. Is an old friend of Larilla and her late partner.
