Sebastan is a half-elf Shadow Sorcerer with a mysterious past. He's a bit full of himself and over-confident, resulting in - "There was an incident." And "What's the worst that could happen?" He is fond of wine and can often be found in the Gilded Lily when the group is in town. The best you can figure is he is the de facto leader of Drakkenforce, since he often says, "I have a plan." (See above re incidents.)
