Withalf is a fussy, overdressed gnome with a sour expression. He has inflated his position of Herald to Lord Jupiter Jones. Drakkenforce tends to torment him as he won't tolerate any dirt on his clothes or any "rudeness" towards Jupiter. He is a member of Jupiter Jones and his Entourage, a group of rival adventurers based in Emberwood village.
