Slick has been looking for an eye patch high and low for years now. Apparently, the Queen’s Men know this and have been ordered by the Queen of Thieves to all wear eye patches to troll him. We aren't clear if this means the Queen has knowledge of the patch, or that she wants to use what she knows about Slick to get him to attend her.
