Wrath is a warlock of the Amethyst Academy and River's brother. The black sheep of the family, he has been stationed in the lighthouse in Tierhaven to study the relationship between the stars and the ley lines, looking for pathways of magical energy. He is actually using the time to serve his patron, incarnated as a cat named Bruce. He has joined the Dusk Wardens at River's request to help with Westemär's Delerium problem.
