He has a daughter, Bhlin, who is a bit of a troublemaker, but he loves her vigor dearly and might let her get away with a few too many things, but he is certain that it builds character to figure out your faults for yourself, and those whom she distresses might need to suck it up.
Even as a chief of Ganao and the Naviri Isles, he is not the one in charge, as the Elders still have last say in any decision that passes them. Jenera has a tendency to tell people that the Elders need to be protected from the rest of the population as well as outsiders and should not be bothered by small troubles like politics, and thus fewer and fewer requests go by the Elders and are decided by Jenera himself instead.
