The Yennea Church mainly dictates the movement of Masuul though the headquarters are located in Jinbul, the capital of Fui Ley. There has been talk of moving the headquarters to Masuul, but there is a certain element of power in staying in Fui Ley, and rumors have it that it is either to keep control over Fui Ley or to show that you need not be in a place to control it completely. Others say that they are considering building a city in Masuul for just the church, but this would be very expensive and rather risky.
Some Masuulean folk say that their high taxes are wasted on Fui Ley, and that the church is no longer legit.
