Background

Amara grew up in the foster care system of New York City, moving from one home to another, never finding stability. Her childhood was marked by physical and emotional challenges, and she quickly learned to fight to survive—both literally and metaphorically. Street fighting became her outlet and defense mechanism, earning her respect and fear in equal measure. 

Amara’s journey of self-discovery and power found a new outlet when she entered the world of Mixed Martial Arts. Her street-fighting background, honed instincts, and rigorous training through the Adamantine Arrow gave her a natural edge in the sport. She quickly gained a reputation as a fierce competitor, earning the nickname Kali's Fury for her relentless and calculated fighting style.

She also has a tattoo of Kali’s fearsome visage inked on her right bicep, on her left bicep is a tattoo of Shiva in his Rudra avatar, and along the inside of her right forearm is a tattoo of a trishul, and her left forearm has a tattoo of a unalome with a lotus flower.
