Callum, or Cal as most people end up calling them is a newcomer to the city, and the country on the whole. For those with the ear for it, their accent places them from Manchester. Notably they have many tattoos, several of which are of mystical design for those who would recognize things such a Solomonic keys, ritual sigils, Enochian, and various other spiritualist symbols.
Roleplaying Hooks
- Inked (All): Cal is currently a freelance tattooist. They specialize in tattoos of mystical or spiritual design, but that is far from their only focus. Notably they will not do designs they feel are basic or boring, if you want that go to the mall, if you want real art, come to them!
- Crowleymass (Occultists): Cal is an unabashed occultist. They've studied most forms of spiritism and ritual magic that were popular up to the Victorian age, though they do scoff at certain practices such as Enochian magic.
- Not Dead, Not Sleeping (Mages): Cal isn't a Sleeper and they give off a Death vibe to the right Sight. The observant will notice that Cal seems very much aware of ghosts and ghostly phenomenon, and they often react to Ghostly Twilight happenings.
- Cloaked (All?): Cal tends to incorporate a thin, grey, nearly transparent cloth in their outfits; sometimes as a cloak or cape, sometimes as a sash or scarf, and sometimes as a belt. It's hard to pinpoint the material, but silvery runes can be faintly seen throughout the cloth. Cal's explanation for the cloth changes depending who asks and when, could they be hiding something?
- That Old Magic (Mages): Cal is a Sleepwalker, but doesn't seem to know what that means yet. They know that other magic users exist, but Awakened magic is still foreign to them. They'd be over the moon to learn, however...
