Background

Maureen Moretti is many things. Philanthropist, actress, artiste, funder of local arts initiatives and charities. Scion of the famous and extremely rich Moretti family, and current owner of a large apartment complex and retreat for artists and low income housing in the Brooklyn borough. She is also, of course, a Vampire, a Daeva of the Erszebet Bloodline and a devoted Carthian Movement member, not that she advertises her bloodline, or her actual origins as a Hollywood actress originally from Kansas City in the 1930's. She has However set herself up an identity as something of an eccentric heiress to the family fortune who uses it to fund the arts and help the downtrodden  as well as her own stage productions.

Description

Maureen can be described as "classic hollywood pretty", she has the build that would once have gotten you all the right parts in Hollywood, a healthy blush to her features, bright blonde hair, usually carefully styled, and a variety of either vintage or modern but tasteful artsy outfits.

Story Hooks

* Heiress of the Erszebet -
As with all of her bloodline,  even if she doesnt advertise it, she always has a healthy glow to her features, other vampires in the know about Daeva bloodlines might even whisper about how effortlessly she maintains the blush of life and partakes of mortal pleasures. Food, Drink, the occasional dalliance with fellow artists, some say she even , though slowly, ages?

* Part of the Movement - Of course, such a human vampire means she likely fits best in the Invictus or the Carthians, and while many of her blood throw their lot in with the First Estate, those in the know have seen Maureen at more than a few meetings at the Yard recently,  or giving a fiery speech to inspire her artist friends

*Art Philanthropist - Most of her free time is taken up between helping fund, negotiate, or help perform in various off-broadway productions of  art she considers  visionary to afford her attention. She also owns a rather large apartment complex in the Brooklyn area that rents out low cost housing to the low income or artistic sorts of the city.
