Background
Regan was born in Atlanta, Georgia and Embraced in the early 80's. She is a mother of two, and a grandmother! She is not exactly well known by mortals but she is known amongst Kindred as one of the few younger vampires that survived the Division 18 and other purges thanks in no small part to who her sire is. She is the childe of Roxanne Gray and has been a mainstay in Kindred society since her embrace. Regan is also known for her connections at the street level where she is a woman who can get you things you may or may not need, but at the same time she rubs elbows with the upper echelons of the art world, she is perhaps spreading herself a bit thin a bit quick.
Description
She is classic, shining like a 5th avenue diamond she is a traditional beauty that loves to flaunt it. She grew up in the kind of circles that prized her looks as a "American Treasure" who saw her as the example of what a bright future looked like. Regan herself uses that assumption about her to her advantage. She is known for her dazzling smile, her luscious blonde hair, and her make up and attire being on point. Regan is a Daeva through and through and is one of a kind. She is here to bring glamour back.
Personality
Regan is sweet, kind, and caring. Unless you give her a reason not to be. She's got that passive aggressive southern sting down to a T. Honestly when you're on her good side, she's your best friend. She compliments honestly and genuinely but when you get on her or her sire's bad side, then that dazzling gleaming smile turns to pure poison. She is a queen of barbs and thorns and is more than happy to pick at you until you feel like shit. One might say she is a Harpy in training.
