Sister Penance, more casually known as 'Sister Penny' to the Damned, is a new arrival from Hong Kong. Possessed of a cold and regal beauty carrying an air of quiet menace, the half-Chinese, half-British Ventrue carries herself with the bearing one might well expect of a Crusader of the Church Eternal. She has little to say about herself or her past, but for all her forbidding mien she can be quite warm and even playful with her fellow believers.
Heretics and blasphemers who refuse her surprisingly polite and genuine offers to recant their sins find her attitude much less-welcoming, of course...
