His Cockney accent marks him as an East End London transplant, and he carries himself with the easy confidence of someone who's seen the worst humanity has to offer and learned to crack jokes about it. Usually dressed practically for his work - dark clothes, boots, often wearing cheap black sunglasses. He's accompanied by the ghost of his childhood friend Oliver (Oli)

Blight runs a professional crime scene cleaning business, handling both mundane jobs and "special projects" for the Guardians of the Veil and the broader Consilium. If you need a body disposed of, evidence to vanish, or a magical crime scene scrubbed clean of Supernal traces, he's your man. During the recent war with the Seers, he was invaluable for cleanup operations and making inconvenient problems disappear.
