Foxhound is a young, superstitious markswoman. She is the youngest of the group, born to a volatile, abusive member of the jackals. She found comfort in her mother who was also victim to her abusive father. Her mother was native to Ezeth, and taught Foxhound how to make protective sigils. It's been revealed that the sigils have their origins in magical practice, and have been passed down in her family since the Shattering. Promise found her first, and upon finding out about her situation, hatched a plan with Shivers. Together, the two of them kidnapped her abusive father and beat him to death, letting Beaker and Tusk take her back to their hovel where they took care of her and kept her safe. It later came out that Foxhound was abused by her older brother as well, and as Promise and Shivers killed her father, she killed her brother just as Tusk and Beaker found her. Her mother was killed by her father shortly before the rescue mission from the Half-lights.
When Shivers knew her, she was timid and harbored a terrible fear of ghosts, carrying sigils on wax paper to help ward them away. She was the 'Light' of their gang for many years. After Promise was killed in a failed surprise attack against the Silver Watch, she was devastated. Losing Shivers not long after that broke her spirit entirely. Shivers had been a mentor to her and had helped her find her freedom, and she had the hardest time accepting his return. She was included in the plan to sneak innocents out of the town however, with significant efforts being made from the party to free her from the Jackals and show her that another life yet awaits her in Crookstone.
