Hudson is a Unknown, and was born into a wild wolf pack. Said pack was not quite keen about the half human in their ranks, and it should be unsurprising to know that Hudson was not exactly popular for it. After dispersing into a new pack, he took a mate and had two litters, with one pup from both litters being a wolfborn.
Despite them not being celebrated by the pack, they were certainly celebrated by him, and he took plenty of pride in raising the two, as well as showing them ropes of being human. Life as a half human was not the kindest in the pack, but they managed.
That was, until Hudson was caught hunting with a humanoid. He'd been in the process of planning he and his daughter's escape from the pack, but admittedly, it was also his own desire to be wanted that screwed him over in the end. He had been caught by another pack member, and was made a deal. Never come back to the pack, and the fact he was hunting with a humanoid wouldn't be revealed. For Hudson, his reputation with his daughters would be spared, and he could come back and save his daughters once he was able to. Maybe they'd even leave on their own and join him. Unfortunately for Hudson though, they were told he was dead, and when he came to find them, they were gone.
Lost and alone, and rebuffed
by the man he had hunted with and sacrificed everything for, Hudson
spent his time alone. He had no pack, no daughters, and no help.
