It's hard to catch her eye, since she's always absorbed in her phone screen. Thea does make an effort to make others feel comfortable, and is often purposefully rude. This isn't to push people away, necassarily, it's more a filter to make sure whoever sticks around to interact isn't going to annoy the hell out of her.
