Neon Twilight: Aratoma is a sci-fi / cyberpunk setting with one foot in the Twilight Imperium: Embers of the Imperium campaign book for the Genesys RPG system, and one foot in original works.
The central themes for the setting is splashy science fiction and cyberpunk, with fantasy-adjacent character options and a pulpy attitude. A little more of a planetside big city setup than an epic, interstellar space opera, but not explicitly bound by that.
