Kasuga Osamu's Tortoise contact in Ryoko Owari. A smuggler who seems to be well-informed on much of the illegal activity happening within the city, she operates out of Nanaraku (Seven Hells), a gambling hall in the Fisherman Quarter near the Northwest Dock.
She's quite concerned about the activities of the Merenaen Trading Consortium precisely because she's been unable to find evidence of anything improper.
