A man of high station known to have influence in Otosan Uchi. After being threatened by a gang of thugs he was told by Yogo Osako that it was a matter for the Emerald Magistrates.
It was revealed that the previous night he had lost 20 koku in a dice game to Akane, a gambler in the Fisherman Quarter, and refused to pay. After being roughed up by several Fire Eaters and threatened to pay, he sent some of his servants out and, under the guise of seeking to fulfill his debt, located her home. Instead of payment, he decapitated her six year-old daughter, leaving her body in the street.
When confronted with this, Yousuke denied nothing, claiming that she had insulted his honor by sending the Fire Eaters to assault him and he was only acting appropriately to such an indignity from a heimin. Further that he was well within his legal rights to have done so.
The magistrates informed him that they would be unable to continue providing protection to him within the city, but offered to escort him out of town. Given the situation at present, he took this offer and returned to Otosan Uchi.
