A person who resembles Usagi Kamahime has been spotted a few times in the Licensed Quarter, acting furtively and wearing a mask. The last time she was seen, Mirumoto Tetsuzae called out to her and she fled. After several attempts to evade pursuit he was able to follow her to a building located down a narrow side street. No name was listed, but a small sign consisting of a snake wrapped around a flower is displayed next to the door. The bouncer was elegantly dressed in dark clothes and firmly, but politely delayed Mirumoto's entry until the mysterious person had been given time to pass through the antechamber.
