(Island of Dogs)
Technically an island due to being located on the other side of a small stream, this part of town has been designated as the licensed gaijin district in town. They are not permitted to live or conduct business anywhere else in the city.
The district is controlled completely by the Thrane Rokugan Company as the treaty was made specifically with them. Unsurprisingly their head office is located here.
