A simple florist. He appears to live above his shop located on Malachite Street and Silver Avenue, between the Garden of Daikoku and the Wharves. Neighbors note that he seems to have a far larger number of unruly apprentices than a small shop like his would normally be able to support.
Although he had appeared to have fled shortly after his apprentices were arrested a few days later his body was dragged out of the bay. His throat was cut and his arm appeared to have been dislocated.
