Usagi Kamahime awoke to find a tanto stabbed into her door and holding up a letter. The letter contained a challenge to Usagi-san, calling her out for her past misdeeds and demanding satisfaction. However the name of the challenger has been torn off.
Usagi is certain that it must have been delivered by Bayushi Otado, her nemesis whom she offended, beat, and humiliated after a previous encounter in Ryoko Owari. She can clearly remember his face, but unfortunately is nearsighted.
She had been following Kasuga Osamu, trying to get close enough until she was able to determine that it wasn't him before moving on to Akodo Tadashi, at which point she ran directly into him.
